More fennel, cabbage & bacon
Fennel, fennel, fennel. The organic vegetable was full of it, and last night's carpaccio did not finish it. So today I caramelised it, then braised it and serve grilled goat cheese rounds on top. It turned out to be very tasty.
The other thing we've been having lots of is cabbage. so I stirfried a lot of that up with some bacon bits, and topped it with a slice of bacon.
